+之前一直以为 GitHub Actions 只有按时长计费，没想到缓存也有额度限制，每个月只允许缓存 500MB。
+
+光是 Hugo 打包就占了 398MB，完全不够用。AI 建议我开通一个 GitHub Pro 会员。
+
+我查了一下，每个月要付 4 美元，这我显然接受不了。
+
+折中一下，把缓存放到腾讯云的 COS 上吧，看看能省下多少费用。
